NIAGARA MINI SPIKES VOLLEYBALL – GRADES 1 - 4 Come play fun volleyball! If you would like to focus on improving skills and team play Rapids house league volleyball is right for you. Registration is ongoing, but spots are limited on a first come first serve basis. House league sessions are co-ed and will consist of 45 minutes of skill development and 45 minutes of game play.
